In New Jersey, divorce mediation or family mediation can be instrumental in assisting both parties reach an amicable agreement when it comes to family and matrimonial issues without going through the a long expensive divorce. In New Jersey, before going getting attorneys involved the state requirements at least two sessions with a certified divorce mediator.
The first session must have both parties involved. We do not charge for the first 30 minutes of this session to help answers questions and go over what divorce in New Jersey looks like and what is the best way for your family to proceed.
Both Parties must be on the meeting conference. Any Mediator can not answer legal questions but we help guide you. You have nothing to lose by attaining mediation. All Parties have the right to have an attorney review anything we draft up and nothing is final until a Judge signs off on the divorce paperwork.
